Payment and Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order will be added to the checkout, including any shipping and payment charges, as well as VAT where applicable.

Kustom Checkout Solution
We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available. Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods. When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie], where the purchase is completed. In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout. Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

Deliveries and returns

Domestic and international shipments by Postnord. Domestic delivery within 2-4 business days. For international orders, please allow 6-8 business days.

Terms of delivery are also stated in the box under the respective delivery method. Unless specified, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated in the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. As a customer you always have the right to cancel the purchase on delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, as our supplier or freight forwarder can not fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package with tracking number. In case of replacing a product we will take the cost for replacment shipping, from us to you.

14 days purchase of approval

We follow the Swedish distance contract law and you are entitled to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You will cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or greater part of). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original carton, where applicable.

If you, as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its features or functions and this led to the returned item being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the item's depreciation of the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You cover the return costs when you return the item.
